Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day (Monday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship exclusively through Canada Post. Estimated delivery times after processing:

Canada Less than 1 week
United States 1-10 days
Europe & Overseas Approximately 2 weeks

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by Canada Post and are not guaranteed. International deliveries may be subject to customs processing delays, which are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

· Canada & United States: Flat rate of $10 USD
· Rest of the World: Flat rate of $20 USD
· FREE Shipping on all orders over $100 USD (worldwide)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the Canada Post website.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently have no shipping restrictions and are happy to ship to most addresses, including PO boxes.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders (outside of Canada):

· Orders shipped to the United States: Any applicable duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
· Orders shipped to Europe & other overseas destinations: Your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs brokerage fees upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Canada Post does not include these charges in the shipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take great care in packaging your items, once a package is in the hands of Canada Post, we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. If your package has not arrived within a reasonable time frame or arrives damaged, please contact Canada Post directly with your tracking number. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
